Chapter 3: A new quest.

"WHAT!!" Redsky asked startled. Her dream flashed back to her head. "TAKE ME TO THEM!!!!"

"THEY- THEY FOUND THE GATE!!! But....Darkheart raced into it....and rainwing...followed......and....." The cat meowed collapsing.

"Leafpool. . .Take care of this cat." Redsky said urgently. "I need to find them. THEY ARE GOING TO KILL EACH OTHER!!!"

"Must....Get to the....Force...." Darkheart meowed running through the temple. "Darkheart!!! Wait! Dont do it!!!" Rainwing meowed, following Darkheart.

Redsky ran through the forest as fast as she can. She spotted the gate. She ran through it. She saw Darkheart. "Don't do it!" she yelled.

"Darkheart!!!you'll kill yourself dont do it!!!" Rainwing meowed. "that is the fakest trick ever!!!" Darkheart meowed. it was too late Darkheart was on the platform their was a huge flash one every ten seconds, Rainwing slammed Darkheart in the side but darkheart dident budge.
their was one more flash and it was a lightning bolt, it crashed down at the platform. and it threw Rainwing down to Redsky. and where darkheart stood was nothing but smoke.

"DARKHEART!!!!" Redsky cried. "NOOOOOOOOO!"

"..hehe....hAha...HAHAHA!!!!This POWER IT SHALL BE ENOUGHG TO RULE ALL FOUR CLANS!!!!" Darkheart meowed. "IT'S ME DARKHEART! REDSKY!" Darkheart meowed. but he looked totally different, his fur was all gray with Black stripes on his side. "Darkheart you darn fool...."Rainwing meowed in pain.

"Darkheart?!" Redsky asked startled. "Why?!" She cried.

"Now I am strong enough to save everyone! and now i'm strong enough to protect you!!" Darkheart meowed. "Wait what's happening!?" Darkheart meowed, realising demons were pulling him into a black hole he struggled but was no use. he was gone, and demons were coming out of the hole and flying around the room.

"Darkheart. . . that was to protect me? And the clans?" She said frozen with tears and with fear.

"GHEA!!!!!" A demon yelled flying around the room, then flew straight for redsky and rainwing. "DUCK!!!" A cat meowed from behind them.

Redsky sat, frozen. Her eyes wide with horror. The demon heading straight for her.

"I SAID MOVE!!" The cat yelled pushing redsky out of the way and attacking the demon. "Shesh, I would say it's nice to see you again but this is awkward!" The cat meowed. "Fuzzyfur? it's really you!?" Redsky meowed. "Yup, what happened to Rainwing?" Fuzzyfur asked.

"I don't know. . .and Darkheart has had a crazy occurance too. . ." She cried. "What are we going to do? We should get out of here!"

The temple started to crumble the demons flew out, only rainwing, redsky, and fuzzyfur stood in the temple. "Come on lets get out of here!" Fuzzyfur meowed pushing rainwing and redsky out. leaving only the dead body of darkheart in their.

"Wait!" Redsky yelled. "I don't know why. . .but i need to get Darkheart out of there!" Redsky yelled. She ran back into the temple. "He's dead!" yelled Fuzzyfur. Redsky ignored him. She ran inside. She ran up to the altar and tried to grab Darkheart. She got ahold of his neck and started dragging him out. Then the roof of the temple crumbled and fell on top of them. She was covered in stone. Nothing but a tiny space left. The rest of the tiny area was covered in rock.

"Darn it! what the heck was she thinking?!" Fuzzyfur meowed. He dug through the rock and found her he grabbed her neck and pulled her out he quickly got Redsky and rainwing to leafpool.

One day later. . .

"W-what happened?" Redsky asked weakily. "Where is Darkheart? What happened to Rainwing?"

"We couldent find darkheart....fuzzyfur only found you and Rainwing. Rainwing is in terrible condition, you were buried by rocks and your in fine condition you can leave if you want." leafpool meowed.

"I-I need to go back to the temple. . " Redsky said distantly.

"Actually when we went back to check for darkheart the temple was gone..only a tree stood their as if the temple never existed..." Leafpool meowed.

Redsky looked horrified. "I still need to go back. . . when i come back i'll check on Rainwing."

"Speaking of which i'll go check-..WHAT?! he's gone!!" Leafpool meowed.
-Rainwing point of view-

"The temple is gone...." Rainwing meowed looking at the tree.

Redsky made it to where the temple once stood. "Rainwing. . ." she said emotionless. "You're here too. . ." She sat down and stared at the tree. "Darkheart. . ." She cried. "Was all of that to protect me?"
