Chapter 5: A battle against Darkness.

"I don't know..."

"She's acting stranger the farther we go."

"I know...." Flameheart meowed.

"Something's wrong."

"We need to find out."

"We do." Twilightrain meowed concerned.

Flameheart walked over to Valencia. "Valencia." Flameheart meowed.

"What?"

"Why are you suddenly acting so rude and mean?"

"Since when am I rude and mean?!" Valencia blew up at him.

"Well since we entered the portal."

"Go away!" she snapped.

"What the heck is up with you?! You've started acting bratty the second we set foot in here and now I can't take another second of it! SO get your attitude back to normal so we can finish this and get the heck out of here okay?!" Flameheart Snapped, His fur bristled.

She attacked Flameheart and slashed across his face.

Flameheart was furious, He slashed her by the face then grabbed her by the neck and through her into the wall and stepped on her. "Well? Your move Brat."

"Grah!" she snarled. A white orb of light appeared and it was starting to grow, soon it surrounded Flameheart.

Memories went through Flameheart's head, some his some not. The white orb blew up, A black and white mark went across Flameheart's pelt. He grabbed Valencia by the neck and shoved her into the wall. "I'm not gonna hurt you any more Valencia. We need to defeat these demons"

"Okay." she nodded reluctantly.

"Come on." Flameheart meowed.

"Alright." She walked slowly. "I'll give you a hint Flameheart. There are many other cats with a green pelt like mine, but I'm the only one that exists anywhere now."

Flameheart was puzzled.

"Just a hint."

Flameheart Looked at her for a second.

"What?" Valencia asked.

"Nothing." Flameheart pressed forward into a dark den.
