Chapter 5: A battle against Darkness.

"Darkheart. . ." Redsky cried. "Do you know what my father has done? He has always wanted to kill me. . ."

"He's changed....He wants to help us, Please...We can be together again." Darkheart meowed.

"Darkheart. . ." Redsky said sadly. "I will join you. . ."

Rainwing awoke next some fresh kill. "Ah, you have awaken." A voice said.

"Rainwing. . ." Redsky said quietly. . .

"Now that stupid Rainwing won't be able to bother us Redsky." DarkHeart meowed looking out at the water.

"Huh?" Redsky asked him.

"You liked him, and you we're torn between him and me but now that he's gone it's just you and me." Darkheart meowed.

"I'm sorry Darkheart. . ." Redsky said sadly. "I love you both. . ."

"Well forget about him!" Darkheart yelled.

"Darkheart. . . I thought you were dead. . . how did you survive?"

"You're father helped me." Darkheart meowed.

"You do know that I hate my father." Redsky replied. "He tried to kill me and I thought I killed him."

"Stop hating you're father, he's a good guy, unlike those stupid refugeeclan cats." Darkheart meowed.

"He's obviously brainwashed you, Darkheart. I love you but still. . ."

"Stop it, Just stop it redsky!" Darkheart yelled getting up.

Redsky flinched. "I'm sorry. . ."

"...Choose, Rainwing or me." Darkheart meowed staring at Redsky.

"Darkheart. . . It's harder than you think. . . I love you both unconditionally. . ."

"CHOOSE" Darkheart said again.

"Darkheart. . . give me some time. . ." Redsky meowed sadly.

"Fine, If you choose Rainwing you can leave and head back to Refugeeclan, To see him and you're stupid friends and anyone else that you care about, choose me you stay here." Darkheart meowed walking away.

"Darkheart. . .I missed you. . . I searched the forest for moons. . ."

"You think I care about that? I don't. Just choose." Darkheart said.

"Darkheart. . . is there something wrong? You never acted like this when we were in RefugeeClan. . ."
