Chapter 5: A battle against Darkness.

"No you wait till I kill you!!!" Exia roared jumping at flameheart, Just asExia landed on flameheart a loud crack was heard and Flameheart was sent flying.

"Exia, is this you or is it the demon?" Twilightrain meowed powerfully.

Exia looked over half of his body was with with black streaks, and red eyes. "ROAR!!!" He lunged at Twilightrain but Flameheart jumped in front of her only to bve sent flying again just as another crack was heard.

"Flameheart!!" she shouted. She faced Exia. "You're not Exia. If Exia knew I was Maple he wouldn't hurt me or my best friend." She lunged at him.

The FE(Fake exia) Scratched Twilightrain in the face, Kakken lunged at FE.

Twilightrain bit FE's throat and threw him. "Redsky taught me that trick." she bragged.

FE lunges towards twilightrain for the death bite only for flameheart to jump in front of her and take the blow. "Don't kill her... Me and Kakken are your opponents you are...in refugeeclan..." Flameheart dropped to the ground his throat ripped open.

"Flameheart!!" Twilightrain cried. She glared at FE. "You pretend to be my brother, you attack me, and now you hurt Flameheart?!" In pure rage she clawed at FE's face until it was absolutely drenched in blood. "You're going to pay!!" She slashed his back.

FE bit at Twilightrain's neck, until a bright flash knocked him down. A silver, black cat stood next to a tree.

"Who are you?" Twilightrain awed.

"The real Exia." The cat meowed calmly.

"Brother?!" she awed.

"I thought I killed you!!!" Said FE. but was knocked down by the wind as Exia moved.

"Exia, how are you doing this?" she stared at his glowing pelt.

A black streak just like Rainwing's was on Exia's forehead. "Starclan." Exia meowed.

Twilightrain smiled. "You belive in StarClan?" She looked over at Flameheart.

"Wow." Flameheart breathed trying to get up.

Twilightrain smiled in amazement. "Flameheart! You're okay?!"

"Yes...slightly....my back feels like it's broken..." Flameheart meowed.

Twilightrain looked at him pitifully. "Just keep down, I'll take you back to RefugeeClan so Leafpool can take a look at you." she motioned towards Exia. "Flameheart. Meet my real brother, Exia."

"Watch out."Exia said calmly appearing behind twilightrain and attacking FE.

Twilightrain almost fell over as she turned to face Exia and the unconsious FE. "Exia? Are you okay?"

"What do you mean?" Exia turned around to face twilightrain.

"AS in, you're still alive, aren't you?" Twilightrain questioned.

"Of course i'm alive." Exia meowed. "You should get out of here, Netsuka is going to wake up soon enough." Exia meowed looking at FE.
