The monster grabbed it's sword and was about to jab the sword into Dawn's head when something hit the monster sending it flying.

The monster slammed into a tree.

(So creative, huh XD)

something healed kyoko, and a voice was heard- "RUN!" it called out it, sounded like Dawn.

Kyoko didn't open her eyes. "No. I"m not running this time. I'm sick of it. . ."

The monster got up, but ran into the trees.

"Dawn? Are you there?"

Two faint figures we're saw but quickly disappeared.

"Dawn! Don't leave me!" Kyoko cried as she opened her eyes and lunged forward. "I tried to fight!"

Most of Dawn's cuts and scars had been healed. "Ennnnn......." Dawn said muffled.

"Dawn?" Kyoko smiled. "I-I can't believe it! I'm alive!!"

"Fon't..vou...fare...eber...du...dhat......fagain...." Dawn said his mouth was bleeding.

Kyoko caught what he was saying. "Dawn! I can fight back if I choose! I just need practice and I'll be a suitable warrior! That was my first time!"

"Fune, dun't...fught...dy....damily......embers...." Dawn said calmly.

"Why not?! He was trying to kill you and me! He had me cornered!"

Dawn didn't say anything, he just gave a blank expression.

Kyoko stood up. She grabbed Dawn. "You need to rest. . ."

"dou, dhink?" Dawn said getting up.

"Ugh. . ." she sighed. Soon Dawn was resting in the cave while the food was set out in it's place and a few more necessities. When Dawn fell asleep Kyoko left the cave.

Dawn woke up, and looked around. "where'd she go off to now?" Dawn asked himself.

Kyoko found an empty spot in the woods, far away from the cave so she didn't wake up Dawn. She had set up a dummy to practice fighting with, since Dawn wasn't likely to jelp her learn how to fight.

Dawn sat down in a tree and ate as he watched Kyoko practice.

Kyoko swung at the tree, but she tripped. "Oh!" she yelped as the sword flow out of her hands and she ended up falling face first with the sword plunged into the ground just an inch from her face. "Oh, my!"

"Okay, first." Dawn said jumping out of the tree. "That was sad. Second, if you wanted my help just ask. Third, don't practice with weaponry till you understand how to fight hand to hand.

"Dawn?! You were watching me?!" Kyoko blushed. "And you'll teach me?"

"Sure." Dawn said calmly. "I wanna find out you're survival skills first. I'll be watching you in the middle of the forest you get nothing but you're clothes and a knife, if you can survive for a week i'll train you." Dawn said calmly.
