Regaining the Lost Heart

Dawn slowly Grew sharp teeth, His Eyes turned Red. The men drew closer. And the blood liquid Shot at the man strangling him as if it was solid.

Kyoko stared, horrified. "W-What's going on?!"

"Quiet!" Dawn yelled back to Kyoko. Now his hair turned white, and Wings grew from his back.

Kyoko, startled, jumped back. But she obediently watched Dawn in the shadows, staying quiet.

One man started to walk towards but the blood liquid that was choking the one man Turned into spikes and flung into the other man. "Feel it....FEEL DARKNESS!!" The spikes grew bigger creating bigger gaps in the man until they blew up. leaving on the mans skeletal head.

Kyoko flinched. She couldn't stand the sight, so she ducked her head into her arms.

The other men rushed At Dawn but blood spurted up from the ground creating coffins around some of them. Then the blood evaporated into nothing with no one there. Only One man with an Axe stood there looking at Dawn. The man jumped and swung the Axe down going deep into Dawns arm. But blood rose And grabbed the man and his axe and threw both. out of the threes into the sky.

Kyoko was to scared to speak. "Please, don't let him find me. . ." She muttered to herself.

The blood fell to the ground Dawn returned to normal. Blood started pouring out of where the axe hit him, "Kyoko....." Dawn said and dropped to the ground.

"D-Dawn. . ." Kyoko cried. She soon blacked out.

Kyoko woke up in a weird fully white room. She lay in a white soft bed. She sat up and looked around, she saw a door, and a bed next to her where Dawn lie.

"Dawn? Are you okay?" She whispered.

Dawn opened his eyes and sat up, All around his body, arms and neck we're stitches.
"I'm just...fine." Dawn said tiredly.

Kyoko stared at Dawn. "Oh . . . my. . . ." Well, what are we doing here?" she paused for a bit. "You really scared me back there. . .what was that?"

"I have no idea." Dawn replied. "People are coming." Dawn added looking at the door. just then the king came in with a couple guards.

"Father?" Kyoko was confused. She had never seen this room before, and why did the king have quards.

"Daughter!!! You're okay!" The king said running over to Kyoko and hugging her. Dawn jumped up and punched the king into a wall. A knife dropped out of the kings hand. "It's not the king we know." Dawn said trying to stand up.

Kyoko stared wide eyed. "Why do they want us?!" she screamed.

"I don't know! But you better learn to fight soon!" Dawn said kicking a Guard in the face just as another guard jumped on him.

"Mmm. . . okay. . ." Kyoko shouted calmly. "I used to know how to but after we got into the castle i forgot how. . ." Kyoko replied softly.

Dawn cut his self releasing blood then sending it at the wall, which created a huge explosion leaving a gap in the wall. "I'll Fight a way out you follow me!" Dawn yelled to Kyoko.

Kyoko flinched. She ran and followed Dawn. "How does he do theat. . ." she muttered to herself.

"Come on!" Dawn yelled turning and running down a hallway. Until he rammed into a huge black shadow thing that punched him sending him flying into a wall.

"Dawn!" Kyoko yelled as she caught up. "What happened?" She clutched the sword at her side.

"Dang he's strong......Stab my arm, Everytime I do this I kill myself more but we need to get out, so stab me." Dawn said getting up.
